We need to feed him. Maybe some pre-made freezer meals? A protein shake is never a bad idea if you are hungry near bed time just watch your carbs. Maybe keep fresh fruit, nuts, or a protein bar with you during the day. Yogurt, apples and peanut butter, carrots, sandwich crackers, bananas, salads, boiled eggs, nuts and cottage cheese are light and can be paired together in many combinations for a quick lunch. Especially if they are prepackaged.
