I know it’s easy for me to say don’t wear a mask fight week. It’s not my money or my job. But you are a star on the rise. You have leverage and you have a platform. They won’t fire you, cancel your fight or anything if you don’t wear it (during on camera stuff. I know you’ll wear it in hotel, arena etc.). @Philip Oliver- Holz It's a symbol of obedience only in your head and wearing a mask doesn't affect your freedom in any way. You can wear the mask and protest the entire day against the government. Not wearing a mask is not fighting the oppression, is just a dick move toward the others around you. Because I doubt you didn't hear until now, that wearing a mask is not about you, as indeed, it doesn't protect you much. It's about protecting the others from you. We aren't experts in infection diseases. But at least we can do a modicum of effort and wear the damn masks, just to be on safe side since it doesn't cost us anything. If you don't really want to wear it, at least do not make it the pivotal point around which you make your stand.

So, please enlighten me (and read carefully, we are talking about the masks here, not covid) what is your issue with wearing a mask ? I tell you. Nothing.
