George is such a secure man. No showboating, no talking himself up, always ready to admit when he was scared. More men need to look up to this guy. What a role model.

Biggest take away from this is how ahead of his time Hardy really was...wearing a mask all the way back then.

Dude this Hardy guy should have received a comfort-trophy just for pure show of heart. Most guys would have tapped out at the first sign of trouble in that fight.

Firas Zahabi recently said on JRE that GSP got knocked out in training like 2 weeks before this fight and that he was terrified if GSP got hit clean he’d go out. That has to really nag at Hardy to know he may have been a great punch or kick away from glory like that.
