As classic physique guys are restricted to a height/weight ratio, it would be interesting to know when they actually weigh in? Is it right before prejudging? Knowing where bumspeads/breon/ruff's weights are at now would give a good indication as to how much more shredded each can come in at. Will they be right at the limit for their heights or way under etc etc

Well last year chad said he carbed up ramy or something cant remember. I do remember him saying getting pumped up before the stage doing self squats his legs grew like 2 inches and never seen anything like it. Think he never seen anyone respond an grow off little carbs not even coleman. When he seen the legs pump up like that he knew it was over so i think he will hve a game plan change this year. Chris is on point, definitely the most classic and that’s what it is about being the best classic or the most classic. It’s not about size it’s about aesthetics. Chris’s back is fantastic Terence’s back is shredded to the bone guy has an M instead of the upsides down V

Good/great Conditioning is definitely needed but being over conditioned I think can be bad. Focusing on conditioning can keep you from building size or rather not building enough size because you’ll grow as long as you’re in a surplus of calories but if you’re really trying to shred you may grow very slow
