hey xisuma i just realized something. in 1.17 the underground will have separate biomes then up above. will this farm function as it supposed to or will it stop spawning pufferfishes i understand that 1.17 will most likely only be in hermitcraft season 8 but im just wondering how will the biome separation effect farms

Here's my Homework. Doc needs splash weakness, splsh slowness, slash instant damage, splash poison, splash strength and splash speed. Among others. Grian would be overjoyed with time plus invisibility Scar WILL need speed, health, strength, regen, invisibility, jump boost, fire resistance and water breathing. Just saying

It seems all of the Hermits have been affected by the change to villager and beds in 1.16.2 - "Modified how respawn positions are chosen for beds and respawn anchors" - the beds need to go the other direction so that the pillow is visible rather than the foot of the bed. To fix the iron farm you have to put string and carpet on all the spaces on the bed

hey X all you need to do to fix you iron farm is put all strings with carpets on top of every bed which makes sure the villager don't wake up on the beds, I may not have explained it the best but gnembom did a video on the fixes

To fix your broken iron farm, you can but fences over the villagers’ beds and they won’t escape.

Scar needs fire res coz he’s Scar, Invisible and Strength and anything that would hurt another player for Doc, slow falling for everyone

x with the iron farm the way to fix it is just to put carpet on the ends of the beds so they can not wake up on them doing that fixed mine on my server so it may fix you're degisen.

Hey Xisuma and all the other Minecrafters! Mojang recently updated Minecraft, but not the game itself. They updated the accounts and stuff (microsoft, etc.). So, as usual, I was playing minecraft. I tried to play in the installer (fabric), but it didn't work. So I tried going to the original installer (minecraft latest release), then moving back, but the fabric installer disappeared. Basically, Installers/launchers are gone. Do you have the same prob. too? Thank you, thank you sooo much if atleast one person answers me.. :)

All the hermits who don’t light up their builds (ie all of them) could use some strength potions for easy killing and maybe splash instant damage to kill a large amount of mobs at once

I love seeing all the peeps recommending hermits that might need these potions. I've seen Iskall needing slow falling, scar needing fire resistance (the nether deaths), Grian and keralis needing weakness (villager trading hall), etho needing regen (for quitters on his minigame), doc needing invisibility (avoid mobs while working on projects at night) and last but not least, for the lols, Bdubs being splashed by a nightvision potion so he won't sleep. >u< (it probably won't work for various reasons such as him always having sounds turn on high and other stuff but it's a good thought nonetheless)

Grian previously said he needed some fire resistance potions, but that was a pretty long time ago, I don't know if he needs some now

My iron farm broke like that too when i updated. You just need to add carpets to all bed surfaces. And then put villagers back... best of luck there.

For the iron farm it should simply be fixed when u replace the carpet with trapdoors. Not 100% sure though. Has something to do with their pathfinding. The mechanics itself still work so just make sure they can't get out anymore 😊

I think a new design for bedrock would be an alright idea. Keeping the same feel of the sideways lines and color. Kinda like how netherrack was redone to look more soft.
