I made parents for the girl via cheats and immediately killed them because I hate when the family tree has an open spot like that. If I can do it, why can’t EA? Also, Megumi and Kado had an affair in my game and Megumi just had his baby. Still deciding if I want them to divorce their spouses and run away together. Lots of drama in my game.

If you watch Asian Dramas a lot, the Nishidake granddaughter’s parents could be missing from the family tree if grandpa Nishidake had a child on the side and did not add him/her to the family registry officially. Or if his son/daughter married someone who grandpa Nishidake did not approve of, he would remove them from the family registry (no name/no face).

I preferred the Sims 2 options with locations, in terms of lot placement. You could put as many as you want in. I love the Sims 4 location views and graphics, but you're so incredibly limited on where you can build and that's pretty disappointing. I thought the Sims 3 world was too big and you didn't get to go in to many of the community areas, plus the graphics were shocking!

I am guessing the fast metabolism trait is because the sims team didn't want their sims to get fat since they were actually telling a specific story here (famous snow boarder, star-crossed lovers). It's a trait from the reward store. I could see how they would want to try to keep the sims with that trait thin, though I also kind of hate how every sim in the game is thin. Give me more normal body shapes, and not just barbies!

Definitely more into being able to play only one save, even it that means less families in each world

Huh! Actual use of the sentiments in the game, huh? Hinting at more complex relationships? Starting Sims off with skills and whatnot? I swear on of the last updates to the sims 3 they made it so that you could move worlds and your friendships would remain, they'd just come and visit you. SIms 3 is still by far the best if the sims. Sims 4 doesn't feel like it has the same love and attention and is just a money grab. I need a game with the best elements of the sims 3 and the sims 4 combined.

Plenty of women were strong characters in the Sims 2. Women IRL choose homemaking, and the game reflex’s that. Now if you want to talk about the lack of diversity that’s different, but the Sims 2 did well with breaking boundaries for women and the LGBT community, which is quite a step for the time the game was developed.
