_Oil before cream?_ I think the correct order is: cleanser—toner —essence/concentrate—serum—cream/moisturizer—oil (oil is the last one bc it’s the thickest and acts like a barrier to “lock in” everything).

Kind of seems pointless to have a nighttime skincare routine if your eye makeup is on throughout. Meh

Cinderfire People of color commonly have different tones in their skin, around their eyes, and Caucasian people too for that matter, and she is biracial. So, just use some thought and process what it looks like first. People look and judge and comment before even thinking. And then just shrug it off like it doesn’t matter if what they say is right or not because they judged without thinking about and got to typing. It does matter. Just think. Maybe she just has dark eyes like a lot of us. People also have hyperpigmentation, birthmarks, vitiligo, acne scars, health issues...So many things can cause variances in skin color other than makeup.

Why do people use wet towels to clean their face and expect their skin to be clean afterwards? You only leave product residue on the skin and irritate it by rubbing! Wash your face with lukewarm water and pat it dry, that simple!

No no and a big No..!! If you are struggling with textured skin which is very common for someone with dry skin you should never wipe face mask the way she did. Need to massage it with help of water and remove gradually. Anyhow let Susan or Hyram react.

Instead of over exfoliating your skin. Your skin needs moisture to remove the flaky skin.

No. Moisturizer is important for dry skin but it doesn't get rid of dead skin cells. That is where exfoliation comes in but it shouldn't be done aggressively or excessively.

GIRL, way too harsh on the skin! all that scrubbing and tugging isn't gonna help with the texture issues. If anything , might even cause more damage. u need a chemical exfoliant...not just a physical one. i never understood why ppl think they can sand and scrub their way to smooth texture...this isn't wood! skin needs to be nourished and hydrated and properly exfoliated. i hope she takes a step back after seeing these comments or else that aging process is gonna be a rough one for her...
