Chris Ramsay you are one of the reasons I got into magic and cardistry and I have all of your decks so I’m definitely not a troll. But the new 1st cards are embarrassingly printed crooked. I bought black and red. And both decks are printed so crooked that it looks like it’s marked to a laymen. I honestly will never use them in front of anybody. I will keep them because they’re yours but damn bro. Left side boarder margin is twice the thickness as the right side. I would talk to your quality control team because this is upsetting

Idk if you know how playing cards are printed, but Chris pretty much has no control over that. All the printing and quality control (or lack thereof) is taken care of by the USPCC. Unfortunately, they are pretty well known for poor quality control in terms of centering. I would contact customer support and send them a few pictures.. if it's really that bad, they should ship out a few replacements to you.

@Taco Lover Yeah, collecting cards is a pretty popular thing for a lot of people nowadays. To provide an analogy, buying these cards is similar to buying a t shirt from a famous YouTuber, ie its like buying merch. Ofc, there are certain differences. For example, the 1st Playing Cards v1 (which were far more limited and are now out of print) can now cost you about 70-80 dollars on ebay, when it started out as 15 dollars. If you would like to know more about why people buy cards, Chris has an older video up on his channel. I believe it is called something along the lines of "Why I Spent 10k Dollars on Playing Cards"

There's plenty of other custom and even standard decks out there. You would get these if you either like the design or if you want to support the channel.. or both :)

I love the barebone, meant to be played with style. I do like the really high end decks. Especially to show off when people look at my card displays. However I bought multiple of the V4s and they will be in my hands way more often.
