What I actually want is like a million Newcrests. Its the closest I can get to what I want (Sims 2 create a world thing) in Sims 4. It upset me so much to see the Vampire world be only 5 lots and of those the majority were already built on. So if anyone knows how to insert fake new worlds in, I'd like a spooky looking world with at least as many spaces as Newcrest has to build my own stuff.

Having cleaned containers used at factories for lunchrooms, toilets and offices, they're not always the same size. Especially when two containers were fit together to make one larger one.

I was just like "where is the bathroom tho" and then she said that she almost forgot to put it in and I was like oh yeah very on brand.

I think they intended for the wider part of the house to be 2 separate containers put together, but maybe changing the color of each side of it would have made it more obvious. Regardless, I loved your renovation!

I still don't understand this watermark stuff. How do you make a screenshot and call it yours if there is half of the screen covered with someone else's face? That's first. Why is the watermark moving so often, I got tired after watching it for 40 seconds. And the last thing, WHAT is there to steal? You should be afraid if there is no face shown and, as you know well, YouTube videos can be downloaded, but... It's just a video of an unfinished version, what is there to steal? And no, I don't understand your explanation as it went too fast, and making it 0.75 still didn't give me much. If EA themselves told you to put a watermark or use one, then sure, though it makes no sense from my perspective

People who make container homes put 2 together to make it wider or split it into 3 and remove the middle to make it smaller so it makes sense to me the container homes look like they did in the beginning

Unpopular opinion: gentrification isn't ALWAYS a bad thing and the things in this pack actually look really really cool and eco friendly ideals are for everyone regardless of economic status (so being eco friendly isn't gentrification) because even something as simple as recycling the newspaper is environmentally friendly

Many container homes are created with two or more containers having sides completely removed. If that lower container was double the size, then they actually do that in real life.

im from new england and newcrest reminded me of the rich golfy parts of connecticut when i first saw it

i used to totally ignore Newcrest.. but Newcrest actually sparked my interest back into the game for hours upon hours of more gameplay after not playing for months.. I missed the backstories of the Sims 2 like Don Lothario and the Caliente Sisters and the red haired twins.. So I decided to create my own totally personalized - everyone having a deep backstory - and editing everyones family bios in Newcrest. I have a totally built by me town - it has a gym, coffee shop, strip club, a nightclub called The Pit and it's a tiny hole in the wall club, it looks dirty and it is iconic. All my families have backstories - I have the cute girl who lives in a tiny home with a balcony and she grows pot in her backyard (thank you Basemental Drugs) and I have Agnes' (Esmereldas real name from the Hunchback of Notre Dame) and shes an old woman now who lives in a hippie yurt on the outskirts of town. Her granddaughter Esmerelda (named after Agnes) was living in a roommate situation with her best friend and a random guy they met on SimsList. haha. Anyway the guys name I forgot Lol, but I made him a serial killer and he killed Esmereldas best friend. Esmerelda witnessed the murder and escaped to live with her grandmother Agnes. So they're the two gypsies on the outskirts of Newcrest. Phoebus is an old man too, still married to Agnes, but he lives alone because Agnes needs her gypsy freedom. (And I prefer just having Esmerlda and Agnes dancing a lot in their custom content amazing gypsy yurt and Phoebus might kill my vibe.) They visit eachother a lot tho. Thanks to one of my Mods I think wickedwhims or extreme violence the serial killer stalks Esmerelda whose hiding out from him. And in a hidden room under the shed in the backyard he has a small, luxuriously decorated room that showcases all of the urns of his victims, with a fireplace and an armchair. I also have a family of vampires who have a super suburban looking home and the mom wants to be in the PTA and hide her vampire-ism from the world and go to the gym with her friends - but she does actually care about her vampire culture. My comment became extrememly long, but yeaa Newcrest is like my pride and joy town now

Make sure after Bella's surgery that you keep it clean! My mom's pug had the surgery to expand his nasal passages and he got so many infections! It was terrible.

I like that the roof swatches aren't the same because that's unrealistic for a container home because the sun's going to hit it directly on the top and lighten even in gloomy areas

Containers DO come in different sizes (lengths) and sometimes they are joined together to make them double wide.

You can cut and weld 10, 20, or 40 ft containers and make them bigger, but it would be interesting if those were the constraints you had to work with.

The best family I ever had in the Sims4 was a family of 8 (Mom, Pop, 2 teens, 2 kids, and a toddler) and I had them living all together in what was, essentially, a single-wide trailer. They got along better, and were happier overall, than any family I've placed in a larger home. The distances to accomplish tasks are shorter, obviously, so no one has far to go to get food, bathroom, etc...I had the parents in one bedroom and the kids all together in another one. I thought it would be insane, but they were blissfully happy there. lolol

I haven't tried doing this with any Sims that are "loners" or "hot tempered". Might make a difference! lol

I've been trying to reserve my criticism until I see what the pack has, but I agree about counters. For a full expansion you shd be able to build a full house just in that pack. It should be a standard. Maybe a game pack leaves out something to focus on others, and stuff packs
