When a theory makes a prediction that disagrees with an experimental test, sometimes it means we should throw the theory away. But what if that theory has otherwise produced the most successful predictions in all of physics? Then, that little glitch may be pointing the way to layers of physics deeper than we've yet imagined. Well, FermiLabs Muon G-2 experiment has been chasing the most promising glitch of all, and they've just announced their results.

Funny how humans can waste their time and billions on trying to discover a theory for everything when they don’t even know what Life is. What they are. They have a lot of guesses, some better than others but humans forget they are limited animals. Very limited animals in both what they can perceive and more so what they can comprehend about what they perceive since they look at the world through a few beliefs which have been copied over and over again until they have become thousands of beliefs. Scientific theories, religious faiths, philosophical laws. Dogma and jargon created to explain the Nature of this reality and the meaning, purpose snd value of all Life, including yours. Moses, Darwin, or Plato. It really doesn’t matter which dogma it is because all suffer from the same obvious fundamental error. An assumption which humans have built everything they know and are so proud of. A bad assumption which all of their sciences, religions, or philosophy’s are polluted with, A belief doesn’t change or create reality. No matter what you call it or the mess of complicated explanations to justify your theory, faith, law it is still just a belief, a guess. Belief only changes how a person will perceive reality if they forget their prudence and forget that no one thing humans claim to know is actually certain. The fundamental flaw known as the human male. His bad assumption that humans words specifically bearded human words and definitions dictate the Nature of reality. That humans assign meaning, value and purpose to all life including yours. They looked through their beliefs, this flawed belief at the world and saw a distorted view that fit their belief. So maybe humans should take some time snd back track and double check all their copied answers. Maybe they should double check before they end up destroying, oops too late. They have already destroyed over half the non-human life of this planet and aren’t showing any signs of stopping, even though they know it is foolhardy, In truth the species behaves unnaturally in all it does, like only a very sick animal would in nature would. Unnatural and artificial as the plastic they have polluted the dirt and seas with. Vain and haughty they each think their life, their comfort, their profit, their status is worth so much more, more than even members of their own species which they fight a war of imagined values against, opposition they just call competition just like they call their evil good. Poor sick animals which once were natural human beings and Nature is endless patient with her children but when that Momma is done you are done.

I can explain gravity, and I figured out the equation they want for fusion..the 1st part of e=mc2. Believe it or not e=mc2 is only the 2nd half of the nature of the universe. It's destruction, the big bang so to speak, not what was before the big bang..which applies to cold fusion.
Time sidenJon the Revelator
It was the whole picture 5 or 6 yrs ago, Scientists just can't see it. They are incapable of seeing the bigger picture because they only see numbers. It's like having a glass of fluid, and you don't know that's what it is, but you have all the numbers that describe how...but you don't know why. If you don't understand the fundamental answer that its a cup with fluid in it, you'll never know where all the numbers go. THAT"S physicists problems. You have to understand TRUE FUNDAMENTALS or the picture will never appear to them. Just sayin.

I think the unknown particles the Muon is the muon interacting with particles not in this dimension, as the Muon particle may be a particle that exists in many more dimensions.
2 timer sidenJon the Revelator
The most successful predictions in physics are everything I've predicted the passed 2 decades. I successfully predicted this, QGP and BEC and how they work. They ARE NOT new at all. Cold fusion is not hard to achieve and evolution isn't as hard as we make it out to be either.

The discrepancy will probably result from the particle undergoing a three dimension spin as can occur with a space vehicle all due to primary polaric reversal.

IMPORTANT ! I think I have something so say. I have been independently working on a theory that predicts a particle that can interact with other particle with masses and result in time dialation. Its a very weak interaction and can actually help predict the anomaly quite well. It is consistant with other experiments and was successful in preducting the reason for a strange abundance of dark energy in the universe. Can we discuss further. I think I am getting onto something. The more I wait and work on it, the more I feel confident about this new theory describing whats happening.

5 timer sidenDaribowsMagistrate
Just one question though, is there any difference between saying Virtual Particles vs Unicorns or gremlins or angels ? asking for a friend :P I mean if we are basing our current understanding of the Universe on unicorns and angels then one could hardly pose any scientific arguments about anything. Maybe its time to reconsider this rigid system of thought where everything is a particle and eliminate this "virtual" lunacy concept from scientific arguments. I would rather prefer a science where we bluntly say: we have no idea, instead of arguing that there are virtual particles... I mean guys, seriously? VIRTUAL WHAT? Are we doing science here or religious guesswork ?
5 timer sidenDaribowsMagistrate
@Artur Renato B.B What do you mean? I’m confused... are we saying that serious physicist dont actually do any science but instead they just calculate? Or make nature “fit” their calculations? Then I humbly ask where is the Science in all this?
4 timer sidenArtur Renato B.B
Every serious physicist known virtual particles don't exist and are a convenient mathematical tool, similarly, every serious physicists known "particles", "fields" and other such things are abstractions of experimental data.

As someone who understands pretty much nothing u talk about, I’m just an average dude who is interested in science and space, I often wonder what role consciousness plays in all this. I watched a doco the other day how random number generators seem to be affected by the global consciousness. Coupled with the experiments done that show how our intent can change the shape of water structures, I wonder if someone way smarter than me can link all this stuff together. Anyway, just my thoughts.

So the computers went through tens of thousands of Feyman diagrams, maybe, to see what the predicted value of g should be. Can those computers check to see what Feyman diagrams can be omitted from the calculation so that the predicted value matches the experimental results? If it finds one or two such, maybe those interactions are forbidden by physics beyond the Standard Model? Or could the computer identify a term in the series that has to be added? Any chance of the exoeriment making contact with String Theory?
12 timer sidenArtur Renato B.B
No, it's a simple calculation procedure. We manually find to what order we must calculate the "perturbation", and then the computer does the the actual algebra. As QED dictates, we must calculate all diagrams up to that order.

12 timer sidenRobert Turley
This could be demonstrating the foundational limitations of the Real Number system rather than merely questioning the validity of the Standard Model. Mathematics is the foundation of Science, yet modern science still only accounts for a small fraction of the universe. At the same time its nomenclature has become exceedingly complex and eponymous, requiring equally complex mathematics and research specializations at the forefront. These layers of complexity don't support the notion that applied mathematics in its current form is in any way an idealized expression - people simply know how to interpret, apply and disseminate it on a large scale. The lack of public discussion on the foundation of logic being the potential issue seems to be an important oversight given so many recent advances in Particle Physics, Quantum Computing and Astrophysics.
