This is ridiculous now so I've just got to leave a comment that I've reformulated in my head a million times whilst I've been lurking watching your brilliant videos for the last 2 years :/ :) Whilst watching you (play my all time favourite game, 28 yo and playing since 2000 as well!), I have learnt that I am ADHD and Autistic and you are an absolute Jesus saves for me when life is too much as so many of our special interests are similar or the same! I just watched your JT reno video before this and was going to comment but got distracted 😳 Haha! I wanted to say that your preface on that video and your general attitude towards your mental health and your work recently has helped me get through. I'm a Southern gal working as a carpenter's apprentice in the North East and I love my job with all my heart but have really struggled to keep at it. Your thoughtful and pragmatic approach to your own problems and your openness with your viewers has really encouraged me to keep going even though I don't have the spoons to spin all my plates right now. Thank you :) PS Have bought a static and put it on Mum's driveway as she's high risk so had to move out to go back to work but never want to leave again haha! I see you, bean. And the exterior is beautiful -- really goes well with the rest of the pack! :) Maybe an idea for anyone downloading it would be to replace a couple of the apartments with some other stuff? Like, have an apartment gym, if that's a thing? *shrugs* I dunno, just throwing ideas out there. But yeah, really came out well!

My thing with renting in the sims though...it’s the same with vacation homes though isn’t it? So, you have to buy a lot and pay rent on that lot while paying rent on the rental home that you’re staying at? Is it going to work differently?

plumbella really opened my eyes when she said it’s a Canadian thing to rent a lot instead of buying. I’ve lived in Canada my whole life and never considered that it was less popular anywhere else 😭😭

Did you know that instead of putting budrose as many times as you want you can just use the cheat "Money (enter amount of money you want)" it's a lot easier

you should check out the terrace houses in melbourne , aus and compare it to similar era builds in the uk! some are carbon copies despite major climate differences
