@Jaded Kate It is popped differently and I think the maize/corn is not as young and it might be a different variant of maize/corn. We don't really put spices in our food (traditionally) so the normal kind doesn't have spices, but flavoured ones are sold too.

@Jaded Kate its just maize seeds that have been popped like popcorn and yes u can add different flavors e.g salt and vinegar, peanut butter ,cheese and onion, chilli ,caramel or just salt .they taste really nice

He's one of those humans you have to fight yourself from complimenting on his looks because you figure not only does everybody call him 'hot' but let's be real, he knows it himself. But the urge to blurt it out is so strong.

I really wouldn't reccomend anyone trying to regulate calories to eat nuts, at least not as a snack. They are VERY calorie dense and not filling at all. Most people can easily eat an entire container of almonds without even thinking about it which can amount to well over 1000 calories and a ton of fat, depending on the size of container you get. If you are going to eat them make sure you measure out the portion then put the container away. And pay attention to the calories.
