Here is the thing: If Bella Goth was "The Mother," what would they do with the already existing Bella Goth already existing in the game? I know in previous games, Bella Goth can be seen in Strangetown so it is easy to make the logical jump that she will be involved in Strangerville however, the storyline for Strangerville is that you are investigating a weird disturbance in the town brought on by a meteor crash and townies acting very bizarre. You end up finding out that "The Mother" has been infecting people and making them her slaves. The storyline ends with you having to kill The Mother and returning the townies back to normal. If Bella Goth was The Mother, they would have to move her out of the Goth Household to Strangerville, give her the Criminal Mastermind career or Scientist career with a focus on Mad Scientist, and make her have access to the secret lab. Maybe they could have spun so she was like Poison Ivy and ended up creating a super plant that is slowly controlling people but how would the storyline end? Bella would have to die, the iconic greatest townie gets killed by the player, or she is thrown in prison.

So to answer that question about whether or not this video is considered meta: Depends on the viewer because in order for this video to be considered meta, the Sims 4 game as a whole would have to be a flop. One giant flop.

Uuuugh I'm so happy I didn't play Sims 4 when it came out, I got it when it was free in Origins like a yest ago or something... It felt so damn empty then and still does and hearing that it didn't even have POOLS in it when it came out???????????? Abysmal. If I don't end up playing with my friend today I will just boot up Sims 3 again and start my sort-of-legacy-challenge-thing :I Sims 3 base game has more stuff than Sims 4 does with all the packs I got, and I have all the main DLC for Sims 3 so it has so much stuff I can do with it!

I actually like the MAC collaboration because of the new blush it added. The eyeliner is useless, but the blush i actually use on almost all my sims. Some of the eyeshadow has its uses, and the lipstick is very good.

Besides watching a couple Sims youtubers, I'm not at all in the Sims community so I had no idea Stranger Ville was a flop. That really surprised me because it's one of my favorite packs and my absolute favorite world to build in. I'd love to hear more context on why it is disliked. Is it just the storyline aspect of it that made it flop, or was it like the items as well?
