i played back when dungeon finder first got introduced, granted i was a little kid who barely spoke english. it was great. i have always liked the first verson of dungeon finder. where you sign up for a dungeon and you can see other ppl are signed up for it aswell, so you whisper them and ask if they wanna go. but i still remember everyone shitting on it for breaking the game and look at dungeon finder now. blizzard if you have to put in dungeon finder ATLEAST put in the original one where you still have to talk to other ppl

It is okay for blizzard to fire their employees without reason and cater their content to milk as much money as possible but its not okay for private servers to pop up which gives different content tier and service which causing blizzard to lose money? Give me a break, they can afford their employees way more than enough with the amount of money they earn already, if they are willing to do it.

You know what is the sad part? I feel no reason to play PoE anymore until PoE 2 arrives .After seeing the gameplay.. the old game looks... mehhhh.

Monetization is the least of the issues. They aren't fun. They don't have a solid core gameplay loop, solid enough to last years, they aren't built to make content creation for these games easy, they have massive amounts of mechanics and systems combined into a single package, which makes it really tricky to design and a pain in the ass to cover the costs of creation They are meant to be played indefinitely, which can ruin them in time. Just like how anime stories become shittier due to the pressure of continued story for the sake of continued story. The worlds from mmos feel empty and most of the time like standalone levels that you do once and forget about. Quests are repetitive and boring. Very little social interactions or cooperation needed for the majority of gameplay situations in mmos. The chat systems in mmos are a complete joke. Stories in mmos are boring and lack immersion, they dont make the players invested in the game or in the world.

For a casual player you just can't play the game, the problem is the players, its a real struggle to get involved into any content if you haven't previously played it before. People are too focused with "scores" that being either raider IO or CR for PvP, the game isn't welcoming and the community shuns you if you don't sit and play this type of content all day everyday. WoW will never change because gaming isnt about having fun anymore everything needs to be played as if its a job so if you wanna enjoy the game make sure you've got a good bunch of friends with you.

This 100% absolutely makes the game worse for everyone, it doesn't completely ruin the game like some overdramatic people will say, but it definitively makes it worse, enjoy paying extra for it, suckers.

loot in clasic is boring for the little items are.. and the little you progres BUT.. the items feel like "you get to something" when you take one chest and there was a green inside.. and in retail, the loot its boring cuz there is no reason to break your ass in grinding, you can just go and do 1 key +10 and go every week for a 220.. I HATE THE FUCKING LOOT in shadowlands.. i prefer it to be grinding.. not as vanilla but a little more, if the loot is too easy there is no reason for farming or play in team and people will become fucking autist.. dude people break my fucking +12 every week i cant get to the +15 cuz if they do end the +12 they get a 223 so why end it in time if this is not your key but you get a loot anyways.. i do like 10 key +12 and i never end it in time, cuz they just dont care thanks to the fucking sistem.. i will use a simple example for this.. in my country, Argentina, people dont care if they are working or not.. cuz they dont feel like they get money to bother about getting better in work.. so they just work so they can pay rent, they dont care about progres and for that my country is full of people who lives from the state.. we are 45 millions and only 3 millions are white workers who pay taxes.. ¬_¬ can ask this to any Arg guy and they will tell you the same.. what happends to my country is the same to wow.. remove all incentives to farm or loot, and people dont give a shit about your key, your raid, or you..

BDO is a mess. Shouldn't be getting the praise it's getting here. It's essentially a single player game with good combat animations. The overall combat system is crap, it has no connection to what you are hitting and its just bland. Tera actually had some impact and "feeling" behind the combat. Vindictus is better in almost every way.

Wow never died,it was a world leader and had to continue as long as possible. We at Blizzard are working on a new mmorpg, The Marquis of Enchantment. The mistakes we made with WOW don't occur with this new game. Every business makes mistakes. Release date for Marquis,2026ish. It has been tested and makes WOW look like an 8bit game from early 90s
